CANCELLATION
Cancellations or changes made up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any fees. Late cancellations or changes, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay. Prepayment: No deposit will be charged.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
No deposit will be charged. Taxes and service charges: 10% VAT included. A service charge is not applicable. Rates do not include taxes.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children of all ages are welcome. Children 3 years and older are considered adults at this property. All children under 6 years old stay in a crib, costing €10.00 per night per child. All children under 6 years old stay in an extra bed at a cost of €20.00 per night per child. All older children or adults are charged €20.00 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/cribs allowed in a room is 1.
TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES
10% VAT is included. Service charge does not apply. The rates shown do not include the tourist tax. Important Information: Please notify the hotel if you plan to arrive before 3:00 PM or after midnight. Please also request any extra beds at the time of booking.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR NON-REFUNDABLE / PREPAID RATES
Important: In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Advance payment FOR NON-REFUNDABLE/PREPAID RATES: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
PARKING
Private parking is available on-site upon reservation at a cost of EUR 18.00 per day.
